Thank you for visiting the York Bird of Prey Centre's website. Here you will find details of the Centre and the birds who reside there. You can also now follow our birds on Twitter: @EclipseYbop
We have some new attractions for 2015 so come an join us for a fun day out.
Thanks to everyone who has placed a review on Trip Advisor making us currently No. 1 attraction in Yorkshire.
At the Centre we have a passion for the birds and ensuring our human visitors have a great time. We have a hands on ethos which is second to none (we are not aware of any other Centre which gives you this), and you are welcome to handle the birds with the assistance of a member of our staff. Please also join in with flying the birds during the 2 flying shows we have each day at 1.30pm & 3.30pm (Times may be subject to change slightly due to bird welfare).
In our shop you will find a wide selection of sandwiches, cakes, soft drinks, ice creams, ice lollies and also tea & coffee, so stay for the day and enjoy all the Centre has to offer.
The Centre is located 4 miles south of Easingwold & 12 miles north of York in the walled garden of Burn Hall Hotel. Please park in the Hotel car park and then follow the signs down the path to the Centre.
Please note that smoking is not allowed in the Centre.
